Most of our orders are placed by phone or in‑store, and we maintain a strong wholesale side of the business, supplying local partners who count on us for reliable quality and on‑time preparation. In addition to our full‑service butcher counter, we offer a grab‑and‑go lunch counter featuring house‑smoked meats, hot meals, and sandwiches prepared fresh daily.
